PERSONAL TRAINING

Jessica Purchase
Personal Trainer, Owner
Jess has been in the fitness industry since 2013. She works with all types of clients from high-level athletes to every-day humans who want to feel strong, capable and confident in their bodies. Her coaching blends strength, mobility, stability, with an emphasis on injury prevention and longevity. She’s specialized in functional movement, pelvic floor work, pre/postnatal fitness and Precision Nutrition. At the core of her mission is the belief that our bodies deserve to be respected and cared for. This starts with our inner dialogue, how we relate to our own bodies and how we build balanced lives that actually make sense. She opened EVOLVE Wellness in 2019 while raising two young girls at home. Expect smart training, real conversations, laughs, and loyalty. When she isn’t in the studio she is a professor at Loyalist College.

Emily Burt-Gill
Personal Trainer
Emily is a dedicated personal trainer, passionate about helping people build stronger, healthier lives through movement. She is a graduate of the Business Program at Loyalist College and the Fitness and Health Promotion Program at St. Lawrence College, combining a strong foundation in fitness science with practical, client-focused skills. Emily is certified by the Ontario Fitness Council, ensuring safe, effective, and results-driven training for clients of all fitness levels. Emily is a firm believer in the power of exercise, not only for building strength, but for improving mental health, confidence, energy, and overall quality of life. She specializes in creating realistic, sustainable programs tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and abilities, with an emphasis on proper technique, consistency, and long-term success. Outside of training, Emily is happily married and a proud mother of two daughters. She shares her home with a cat and a dog and understands firsthand the challenges of balancing family life, work, and personal wellness, fuelling her passion for helping others make their health a priority.

Leila Campbell
Leila is passionate about everything fitness and health! She is a graduate from the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, ON. She is committed to supporting her client’s throughout their wellness journey by providing personalized training geared toward goal setting and lifestyle. She focuses on movement fun! In her free time, I she enjoys running, yoga, camping, kayaking, reading, trying new recipes, and spending time with loved ones.

Guylaine Lanthier
Personal Trainer + Yoga Teacher
Guylaine is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher (500 hours ), Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Pilates (mat & reformer). She takes an holistic (mind, body & spirit) approach to her Teaching. She loves nature, animals and cooking. When she isn’t practicing yoga & meditation she enjoys volunteering at animal shelters and rescues. She is a Level 3 certified practitioner in Let Animals Lead® Method of Animal Reiki created by Kathleen Prasad of Animal Reiki Source and loves to share Reiki (meditation) with animals.

Jane Billing
Yoga Teacher
Jane teaches beginner friendly Hatha Yoga focused on building confidence and consistency. Jane has been enjoying the practice and teaching for 11 years. Jane received her 500HR teacher training along with trauma sensitive and yoga for addictions. She enjoys holding a safe space for her students to connect to their breath and enjoy a relaxing practice.

Rudie Jimenez
Yoga + Pilates Teacher
Rudie is a 500HR RYT + CPT. She has certifications in Kettlebell Strength, Mobility, Yoga Tune Up, and Pilates. She believes in the power of shifting subtle body energy through intentional movement. After overcoming her own health challenges and some difficult personal experiences, she believes the body holds deep wisdom and movement is a way we can self-empower and heal. Her practices blend strength, breath, flexibility and mindfulness.
