At Evolve we offer functional fitness for every body! Smaller group classes with a focused approach to strength, mobility, endurance and flexibility. Each class provides modifications, different types of equipment, expertly lead by our incredible team. Set your wellness routine and come challenge yourself morning, afternoon or evening!
What We
Offer

DUMBBELL STRONG
Challenge yourself with a combination of upper + lower body strength building exercises as well as moderate cardiovascular exercises using dumbbells.
This class is for intermediate to advanced participants but welcomes all levels and can be modified accordingly.

BEGINNER STRONG
A full-body strength class without high impact. Challenging on muscles, easy on joints. This mobility- and balance-based workout is fondly known as the "All Bad, No Bounce" class! Approved for clients with osteoporosis.

MAMA STRONG
Regain strength and flexibility in an encouraging, supportive environment. Work out at your own pace, and feel free to tend to your baby as needed. This class empowers you to reconnect with your body post-birth.

PILATES STRONG
This class combines elements of mobility, postural awareness, pilates, plyometrics and strength. We incorporate resistant bands, hand weights, and core-focused movements that will challenge, tone, and strengthen you mentally and physically.

STRONG ARMS + SHOULDERS
This class is an upper body focused class that builds functional strength of the major shoulder muscles while protecting and mobilizing the joint.
Work technique, strength, and proper upper body mechanics: pull, push, press,flexion + extension.

HATHA YOGA
Hatha translates to HA (sun) and TA (moon) helping us restore balance through the physical alignment of postures or asana. When we practice harmony in body, mind + breath we experience more ease in our everyday lives. Enjoy this of blissful balance.

rejuvenating flow
Take off your week with this rejuvenating full body yoga flow practice.
Begin with a mindful warm up, followed by traditional asana moving the body through grounding, balancing, twisting, and full restoration.
Flow with the breath, clear your energy + head into your weekend a little lighter.

YOGA FOR OSTEOPEROSIS
This gentle yoga class avoids movements not recommended for those with osteopenia/osteporosis. Focus on weight bearing and balancing postures to centre, stretch, and relax. Postures are done lying down, on hands and knees, and standing. Seated poses are done in a chair.

GOOD MORNING FLOW
This is the perfect practice to start your day feeling energized and clear. Begin with gentle intention setting + breath focus. Flow through traditional asana including balance postures, spinal rotation, and sun salutations.

GLUTES + CORE
This class focuses on building proper strength of the glutes, and accessory muscles like the hamstrings as well as all aspects of the core.
Building strength in these areas helps support the upper + lower body, alleviates pain + tension and improves overall posture.

endurance strong
This class incorporates muscular and cardiovascular endurance focusing on full body exercises that challenge aerobic + anaerobic capacity: aka when you breathe better, you move better.

gENTLE YOGA
Need a quick refresh? Enjoy the benefits of traditional yogic postures to restore balance in the body and mind. Focus on breath, alignment, and flexibility. Perfect for beginner, intermediate + advanced.
